Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the website www.unbothered.fr, published by Unbothered, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller."

Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the buyer ("the Client").

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. However, a minor variation (color, format, finish) may occur without engaging the Seller's liability.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Shipping costs are specified before order validation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of the order.

4. Order

The Client places an order online via the site. The order is validated after payment confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the Client.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the site. Payment is secured by our service provider.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address indicated by the Client.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only. In the event of a reasonable delay, the Seller's liability cannot be engaged.
Risks related to transport are borne by the Client from the moment the package is handed over to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its complete packaging. Return shipping costs are at the Client's expense.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

8. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible in case of improper use of the product or in case of force majeure.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, design, products) are protected by copyright and intellectual property. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

10. Personal Data

Data collected during the order is necessary for the management of the sale and may be used for commercial purposes.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Client has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to info@unbothered.fr.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be seized.

How is Unbothered different from other self-development tools?
